Just called Apollo Bridal to ask if they carried a specific Maggie Sottero dress at 4:40pm. Ther person on the phone replied "We are closing, please call tomorrow." Are you kidding me? I have been in the store...

Good customer service, but could use more organization!

Somewhat unorganized, but provided good customer service. Reasonable prices for bridesmaids dresses. Alterations provided in-store. Try it and see for yourself.

Horrible customer service - DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It took over 4 months for the dresses to come in. They came in only weeks before the wedding. Horrible customer service. Could never get a straight answer. Poor communication. English is 2nd language....
